I am a Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Nevada. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns and presenting problems. However, some of my particular clinical interest include:

Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based including a psychodynamic approach and elements of interpersonal process and client-centered therapies. I use a multicultural framework for learning about clients' values, cultural background, and the circumstances that influence their lives. I see clients as experts on their own lives and collaboratively set treatment goals for making wanted changes. I work to create a warm and safe therapeutic environment, and tailor therapy to meet the needs of each unique client.
Growing up in Brazil and living in Toronto, Canada, one of the most multicultural cities in the world, has provided me with great multicultural experience which I bring into therapy.
I am bilingual and provide therapy in English and Portuguese.
